Tobias McNulty

Tobias McNulty is a sharp technical thinker, social entrepreneur, and co-founder of Carrboro-based Caktus Group, a web and mobile software development company that focuses on health and education. McNulty leads system architecture and scaling efforts at Caktus and helps implement a company vision founded in positive social impact in the world. Additionally, Caktus currently leads the development of RapidSMS, a free and open-source framework for dynamic data collection, logistics coordination and communication through text messaging (SMS).
